A young married Nigerian woman has reportedly passed away after collapsing suddenly while addressing her boss and colleagues during an office meeting.
The tragic incident occurred on Monday, January 5, while staff members were gathered for a meeting at the workplace. During the session, the woman was given the opportunity to speak, during which she expressed gratitude to her boss for the chance to work with the organization. She also spoke about how much she had learned on the job and how the experience had helped her grow professionally.
Her colleagues listened attentively as she spoke. Afterward, her boss responded by recalling how reserved and shy she had been when she first joined the company. This lighthearted remark caused laughter in the room, including from the woman herself, creating a brief moment of warmth and camaraderie.
