Self-Proclaimed Highest IQ Holder Predicts Jesus Christ’s Return Within Ten Years

A South Korean man, YoungHoon Kim, has drawn global attention after posting a video on X claiming that Jesus Christ will return within the next ten years. In his post, Kim urged believers to prepare for the “Second Coming,” insisting that the event is near, though he admitted he does not know the exact time.

The declaration quickly spread online, generating curiosity and controversy across Christian communities worldwide. While some believers viewed it as a call to spiritual readiness, others cautioned that biblical teachings explicitly state that no one knows the day or hour of Christ’s return.

Religious scholars and commentators questioned Kim’s authority to make such predictions, warning that unverified prophecies could create unnecessary fear or false hope among followers. Many emphasised that faith should not be based on claims lacking theological or historical grounding.

Kim has also attracted attention for his claim of having an IQ of 276, which he says makes him the world’s highest IQ record holder. However, investigations found no evidence of such a score on any recognised intelligence scale, leading many to view his claims with scepticism.

Commentators noted that the combination of self-declared genius and religious prophecy illustrates the risks of unchecked claims circulating on social media. Charisma and confidence often overshadow verifiable facts, potentially influencing vulnerable audiences.

Despite widespread criticism, Kim’s video continues to trend, sparking discussions about faith, social media influence, and the growing visibility of self-styled visionaries in online religious discourse.
