Hailey Bieber Opens Up About Cosmetic Procedures and Motherhood Plans

Hailey Bieber

Model and entrepreneur Hailey Bieber
has candidly discussed her approach to cosmetic treatments and motherhood in a recent appearance on Owen Thiele’s In Your Dreams podcast.

The 28-year-old Rhode skincare founder revealed that despite constant public speculation, she’s kept her beauty routine relatively natural.

“I don’t have any Botox except for in my jaw for TMJ,” Bieber said, referring to temporomandibular joint disorder, a condition affecting jaw muscles and movement. “I made a commitment to myself that I wasn’t going to do any Botox until I was in my 30s. When I get there, I’ll see if I even want to do it.”

Bieber credited her mother, Kennya Baldwin, as inspiration for her minimal approach to beauty.

“My mom does nothing to her skin and she looks insane,” she shared, adding that she’s “really diligent” about her skincare routine, which includes products from Rhode, Avène, EltaMD, Naturium, BeautyStat, and Cosrx.

While she avoids fillers and Botox for now, Hailey admitted she enjoys platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) treatments — natural options that use her own blood for rejuvenation.

“I love PRP with microneedling,” she said. “They take your blood, spin it, and inject it. I’ve done that in my smile lines and under my eyes. It’s from your own body, so I trust it.”

Hailey also noted she occasionally does “light lasers” but no other cosmetic procedures.

Switching gears, the model spoke warmly about motherhood and her desire to expand her family with husband Justin Bieber. The couple welcomed their first child, son Jack Blues Bieber, in August 2024.

“I definitely want more than one,” she said. “I always knew I wanted to be a mom. Since I was a little kid, I envisioned myself having kids.”

Reflecting on parenthood, Hailey added, “Now that I have a child, I think any decision anyone makes about having them or not having them is totally amazing.”
