Actress Eve Esin Shares Testimony on Finding Love and Getting Married at 43

Eve Esin and partner

Nollywood actress, Eve Esin
, has opened up about finding love and tying the knot at the age of 43, using her story to encourage single women who feel time is slipping away.

The actress shared her inspiring journey in a heartfelt post on Instagram, where she revealed that she legally got married at 43 and later held her traditional wedding a day after turning 44.

According to Eve, the road to marriage was not an easy one, as she faced years of pressure, mockery, and delays before her prayers were finally answered.

“My post is to give someone who had lost hope, hope. I am not a motivational speaker but a child God showed mercy,” she wrote. “I got legally hitched at age 43, though extremely private. The pictures will still make it here. Clocked 44 on the 17th of October and got married traditionally and publicly on the 18th of October. To so many, the testimony I have is almost impossible.”

The actress reflected on the stigma she faced as an unmarried woman in her 40s, adding that her story is proof that God’s timing is always perfect.

“43? Not married? Old cargo!!! Who says a thing and it comes to pass when God has not spoken? Darling, I have been through it all. Someday I will tell my story. I thank God for never letting me lose faith in Him.”

Eve Esin went on to encourage women who are waiting for love not to give up, assuring them that delay is not denial.

“I join my faith with anyone that feels time is slipping by, and I say delay is not denial. May God in His infinite mercy grant the desires of your heart and divinely connect you to that person that completes you in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.”
