Popular nightlife figure and actor Idowu Adeyemi, famously known as Yhemolee, has finally addressed the buzz surrounding the alleged crash of his marriage to Oyin Tayo, also known as Thayour B.
Speculations of trouble began when the couple, who tied the knot in September 2024 and welcomed a son in January 2025, suddenly wiped all wedding and romantic photos from their Instagram pages. Fans were quick to notice, and the gossip mill went into overdrive.
Fueling the fire, Yhemolee began sharing a series of cryptic and emotionally charged posts, including:
“Useless set of women everywhere! Better don’t die for woman! Your loss bro!! The bitches don’t care!”
He also posted a somber reflection that hinted at a season of emotional isolation:
“Isolation is your gift. It feels like punishment at first… but in that silence, something powerful happens. You stop chasing external validation… No one is coming to save you.”
Another post, laced with dark humor, read:
“Proud to announce that I am making a bad decision but I’m not telling y’all what it is so you can’t stop me.”
Switching platforms, Yhemolee took to Snapchat, where he appeared to call out women who overlook men's efforts:
“The fastest way for a man to hate you is when you never acknowledge his sacrifices positively and undermine his efforts… Most women only look out for men’s fault hence why some of you end up with demons!”
Despite the heavy tone of his posts, Yhemolee later downplayed the rumors, claiming his online rants were inspired by Kemi Adetiba’s new series, To Kill a Monkey. He wrote:
“Agenda must agend. So even if I get crisis na people wey never chop since yesterday I go come tell? 😂 Me wey don dey rake since I watch TKAM. My family dey go enjoy life like this. Make una dey there dey cry for Ijegun.”
While fans remain divided on whether his posts are fictional or fueled by real events, one thing is clear, Yhemolee knows how to stir conversation, and for now, he’s keeping the internet guessing.
