Peller Reveals: Breadwinner Role Strained Family Ties

Popular streamer Peller has recently shared his candid feelings about his relationship with his family, revealing that he no longer feels the need to be physically present with them due to the immense pressures of being the primary financial supporter.

During a live online session with fellow streamer Sandra Benede, Peller expressed that he has reached a level of "mental maturity" that makes living with his parents challenging. He explained that his perspective on life has evolved to the point where he now feels more like a parent to his own parents.

While acknowledging that he has an older brother,Peller disclosed that the responsibility of financially supporting his family rests solely on his shoulders. This significant burden appears to have taken a toll, influencing his desire for distance.

In his own words, Peller stated, "I no like to the see my family again. I dey send them things to make sure say them dey okay, because my mentality now don pass to dey stay with my parents. My thinking now don pass their own thinking, e come be like say na me be their father and mother. I no dey rest. If no be say them go dey find person, I for don run go America go find some place go dey stay inside…"

This raw and honest admission from Peller sheds light on the often-unseen emotional and mental strain that can accompany the role of a breadwinner, particularly when it impacts familial relationships. His sentiments resonate with many who carry similar responsibilities and navigate the complexities of evolving family dynamics.
