According to Ayodele, American submarines have been detected in Nigerian waters, and he has warned the government to be on high alert.

In a recent interview, Ayodele expressed concern over the presence of American submarines in Nigerian waters, saying, "American submarines are on Nigeria's water. What they are doing there, I cannot say. Nigeria must be on the alert because their presence is not in Nigeria's interest."

Ayodele has urged the government to conduct a thorough investigation into these developments, particularly in light of the country's current security framework, which he believes has been compromised. He advised President Tinubu to urgently restructure his security agencies.
