Lagos Police Arrest Woman for Allegedly Stabbing 18-Year-Old Sister to Death

The Lagos State Police Command has arrested a woman following the alleged stabbing of her 18-year-old sister, in an incident that has left the community in shock.

According to reports, the victim was quickly rescued and taken to Blue Cross Hospital, Ogba, for emergency treatment. Unfortunately, she was pronounced dead by the attending doctor upon arrival.

Police detectives immediately visited the scene of the incident and the hospital. The victim’s body was documented and later transferred to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja, for an autopsy.

The suspect remains in police custody as investigations continue to determine the circumstances and motive behind the attack. The Lagos State Police Command has assured the public that the matter will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken.

Authorities also urged residents to remain calm and avoid spreading unverified information while the investigation is ongoing.
