A Nigerian man living in the United Kingdom reportedly lost his job and suffered damage to his DBS record after his wife, later found to have committed paternity fraud, accused him of a serious crime. The case has sparked widespread attention online and raised questions about legal and workplace consequences in such disputes.
The incident came to light on social media platform X, where user @Stifler Ldn shared that the man discovered his dependent wife had given birth to a child that was not biologically his. DNA testing later confirmed that the child’s biological father is a man based in Nigeria.
Following the discovery, tensions reportedly escalated when the man confronted his wife about the paternity fraud. According to @Stifler, she subsequently reported him to UK police for rape.
The social media post stated, “A guy in my DM discovered his dependent wife gave birth to their baby but after DNA test, he is not the father. The real father is in Nigeria, she took in, married him, and joined him in the UK, and she also reported him to the UK police for rape after he discovered. Man has lost his job and DBS ruined.”
Another X user, @XBrianDennis, confirmed that the victim is his brother. He provided additional context, saying, “The person he’s talking about is my brother. The crazy thing is that the context of the alleged rape was that she gave him consent for sex but she did not give him consent to ejaculate inside. A married man now needs consent to ejaculate inside his wife says the UK Police.”
@Stifler noted that the man has authorized him to release full details soon. He described the situation as a coordinated act of deceit and indicated that further information will expose everyone involved.
The case has since generated significant discussion online about marital consent, paternity disputes, and the legal implications of false allegations in the UK.
