“Your Time Is Up” — Pastor Paul Enenche Declares Judgment on Terrorists and Bandits Amid Rising Insecurity in Nigeria
Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre (DIGC), Dr. Paul Enenche, has once again raised his voice in a powerful outcry against the growing wave of terrorism, kidnapping, and banditry that continues to plague Nigeria.
Speaking passionately during a national prayer session at the church’s headquarters on Sunday, Dr. Enenche did not hold back his emotions as he pronounced divine judgment on those responsible for the bloodshed across the country, including their sponsors, collaborators, and sympathizers.
In a fiery declaration before a charged congregation, the pastor proclaimed:
“Every agent of the devil in Nigeria, agents of bloodshed, whether they call themselves terrorists, kidnappers, bandits, or evil herdsmen from hell, I have bad news for you. Your time is up. Every day may belong to the thief, but one day belongs to the owner. The earth that has drunk the blood of innocent citizens will drink your own blood and swallow you up.”
He continued, addressing those accused of importing or funding terrorist activities in Nigeria:
“Importers of terrorists, sponsors and collaborators, and sympathizers of terrorists, get ready. This is your season of judgment. The land of Nigeria will swallow you up, and we shall have a nation of freedom, where people can live free to serve the God they choose. There will be no hiding place for any devil, no matter how high or how low.”
The fiery message comes amid growing fears of targeted killings and reports of widespread insecurity affecting various regions of Nigeria. Communities across the North, Middle Belt, and even parts of the South have suffered repeated attacks by armed groups, leading to thousands of deaths and displacements.
Dr. Enenche’s message has reignited national conversations about the spiritual, moral, and political dimensions of Nigeria’s insecurity crisis. Many Nigerians view his words as a cry for justice and divine intervention at a time when faith in government protection remains low.
Observers note that Enenche, known for his bold and prophetic sermons, has been consistent in speaking against bloodshed and corruption in Nigeria. His church, one of the largest in Africa, has often served as a platform for nationwide intercession and prayer for peace.
The pastor’s statement also aligns with international concerns about alleged persecution of Christians in Nigeria.
In recent years, some United States lawmakers and international religious freedom advocates have accused extremist groups of carrying out systematic attacks on Christian communities.
The claims, which gained global attention, were supported by former U.S. President Donald Trump, who during his tenure placed Nigeria on the list of Countries of Particular Concern. The designation is reserved for nations accused of severe violations of religious freedom.
Trump and other human rights campaigners called for stronger action to protect vulnerable communities, warning that continued violence could destabilize Africa’s most populous country.
The Nigerian government, however, has repeatedly denied claims of genocide or religiously targeted violence, insisting that insecurity affects citizens across all religious and ethnic lines. Officials have argued that the crisis is driven by criminal elements and resource-based conflicts, not faith-based persecution.
Nevertheless, voices like Dr. Enenche’s continue to echo the frustrations of millions of Nigerians who feel abandoned by the system.
His prayerful outburst reflects a wider demand for justice and divine intervention in a nation struggling with terrorism, corruption, and economic hardship.
Enenche concluded his message with renewed faith and hope, declaring that Nigeria’s story is far from over:
“Nigeria shall rise again. The blood of the innocent will not be wasted in vain. This land will be free, and the righteous will rejoice. The evil that has swallowed others will swallow the evil workers themselves. Peace shall return to our borders, and our nation will fulfill her divine destiny.”
