Nollywood actress Angela Okorie has publicly expressed her support for fellow actress Regina Daniels, sharing a heartfelt message amid the ongoing controversy surrounding Regina’s marriage to billionaire politician Senator Ned Nwoko.

In an emotional post shared via her Instagram story, Angela emphasized the importance of peace, forgiveness, and unconditional love despite any past misunderstandings between them.

“Dear Gina, despite the hurt and distance that came between us, I have chosen peace. It breaks my heart to see you go through this, but my love for you remains steadfast,” Angela wrote.

The actress went on to remind Regina and her followers that God’s power surpasses all human authority, urging those in positions of influence to use their power to uplift and inspire, not to control or oppress.

Adding a deeply personal note, Angela wrote, “No matter what has happened, my love as a mother will never change. You will always be my daughter.”

Her emotional message quickly gained traction across social media platforms, earning widespread praise from fans and colleagues alike for its maturity, compassion, and grace. Many commended Angela for being a voice of empathy and understanding during a period of heightened public attention on Regina’s personal life.

The show of support came shortly after a public exchange between Angela and fellow actress Mercy Johnson. During the exchange, Angela alleged that Mercy was seriously ill and urged her to apologize for past wrongs. The claim sparked backlash and prompted Regina to defend Mercy with strong words.

Angela’s latest message has been perceived as a gesture of reconciliation and strength. It highlights the importance of love, family, and emotional support even in the face of public scrutiny.
