Viral Video Sparks Outrage as Man Accuses Late Ochanya’s Sister of Sabotaging Justice

A viral TikTok video has stirred fresh outrage among Nigerians after a user, @mcleonard0, accused the sister of late Ochanya Elizabeth Ogbanje of being an “enemy of progress” in the ongoing fight for justice.

In the emotional clip, the man expressed frustration that since Ochanya’s tragic death in 2018, her sister has allegedly “done nothing” to push the case forward.

He went on to praise activist Obidi, who has reportedly fought tirelessly for justice even losing her TikTok account with over 300,000 followers in the process while claiming the victim’s own family remained silent.

In his words:

“Ochanya’s sister, if they sent you, tell them you didn’t see us. It’s clear you’re the one the devil wants to use against this case. Since 2018, you’ve done nothing. They’re calling Obidi a thief on Twitter, instead of you to clear the air. You said you’re too busy. Someone that’s fighting for justice for your sister how una take dey reason?”

The video quickly went viral, sparking mixed reactions online. While some users agreed with his sentiments and described the sister’s silence as “suspicious,” others felt he went too far by publicly criticizing a grieving sibling.
