Regina Daniels Breaks Down in Tears, Says “I Will Go Back”

Popular Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has broken down in tears in a new video, expressing deep emotional distress over ongoing family and marital challenges.

In the video shared via her Instagram Story in the early hours of Friday, November 7, 2025, the actress appeared visibly shaken as she confessed to feeling overwhelmed and mentally exhausted.

“I tried. I feel like I am going crazy. I am losing my mind and it is not making any sense. I am really crying in front of everybody,” she said in the emotional clip.

Regina, who recently celebrated the reconciliation of her previously estranged parents, revealed that their reunion was solely for her happiness.

She wrote, “Two concluded sworn enemies reuniting with no negative ulterior motive other than their daughter’s happiness.”

According to her, both parents are currently in Abuja, working together to secure the release of her brother, Sammy West, who has reportedly been in detention for several days.

“Sammy’s detainment is taking way too long, but we will get him out even if I have to march there myself and create a storm. Since they want me,” she stated.

In another video shared by the actress, fellow Nollywood star Mercy Johnson was seen searching for Sammy, saying, “He is not here,” before adding that she would continue her search elsewhere.

Amid tears, Regina expressed her frustration and hinted at returning to her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, despite their troubled relationship.

“But please, what am I even begging for? I do not know. Do you think it is easy? Every time I wake up, I say one thing, oh my brother, today I hear good news, he is about to be free, then tomorrow I hear another thing. What is the problem? But I have tried. I have to go. I will go back,” she said.

The emotional outburst comes weeks after the actress hinted at experiencing domestic violence in her marriage.

On October 18, a viral video showed her crying while surrounded by aides and family members. In that clip, she said, “In Ned Nwoko’s house, I am nothing. But in my house, I am a queen. Not again. I cannot stand the violence. It is too much.”

Senator Ned Nwoko later denied the allegations, claiming that his wife’s outburst stemmed from drug and alcohol abuse and insisting that she needed rehabilitation.

On Wednesday, November 5, Regina Daniels also released another video pleading with Nigerians to stop attacking her mother, describing her as her “pillar and protector.”

She spoke passionately about her two sons, Munir and Khalifa, vowing to raise and protect them regardless of the challenges she faces.

“I am going to fight for my children. I will take them, train them, and raise them with or without your support,” she declared, adding that her family never supported her marriage from the beginning.

The actress’s recent emotional videos have drawn widespread reactions on social media, with many fans expressing concern and urging both Regina and her husband to seek a peaceful resolution.
