Afrobeats superstar Olamide has thrown his support behind Boluwatife Balogun, the 14-year-old son of Wizkid, sparking excitement across the Nigerian music scene.

The YBNL boss reposted a video of Boluwatife performing, a move that fans have interpreted as an endorsement of the teenager’s budding music career. The gesture comes shortly after reports emerged that Wizkid plans to sign his son to Starboy Entertainment, hinting at a possible father-son collaboration.

A few hours after the post, Olamide was seen in a TikTok video dancing to Adekunle Gold’s song Many People from his new Fuji album. The post was widely seen as a light-hearted move to promote positivity and unity following Adekunle Gold’s recent remarks about his exit from YBNL Nation.

With both posts, Olamide once again proves his dedication to uplifting young and emerging talents while fostering peace and collaboration within the Afrobeats community.
