Apprentice Calls Thugs After Being Slapped by Boss, Flees With Wigs

A viral video from a Nigerian hair salon has captured a dramatic altercation between an apprentice and her boss after the apprentice was reportedly slapped for arriving late to work.

Following the confrontation, the apprentice demanded a refund of her registration fee. When her boss refused, she allegedly called in local thugs (egbon adugbo), who stormed the salon and caused chaos.

Amid the commotion, the apprentice was seen grabbing wigs and hair extensions before fleeing the salon.

The incident has since sparked widespread discussions online, with many Nigerians highlighting the recurring tensions and lack of structure in the country’s apprenticeship system.
