Nigerian singer Levi Ogbogiri, popularly known as Kraziecent, has filed a lawsuit against rapper Odumodublvck, accusing him of violently assaulting and battering him during a public event held on December 16, 2024.
According to court documents, Kraziecent alleged that the rapper attacked him “without any form of provocation” while he was “peacefully taking videos and pictures” of himself at the event.
He further claimed that the assault led to the damage of his iPhone 15 Pro Max, as well as emotional distress, public humiliation, and reputational harm. The singer is seeking financial compensation and an official order compelling Odumodublvck to address the damages.
At the court sitting on Thursday, presiding judge Justice Adeyemi Ajayi fixed November 26 for hearing after Kraziecent’s lawyer, Uchenna Ojembe, informed the court that the defendant had yet to file a response despite being duly served.
“The hearing may not commence because Sheriff Bello, the defendant’s counsel, has not responded. We, however, pray the court for a date,” Ojembe told the court.
In his response, Odumodublvck’s counsel, Sheriff Bello, requested an adjournment to enable him to prepare adequately for the case.
The court subsequently granted the request and adjourned the matter to November 26, 2025, for further hearing.
