Layal Jade Tinubu, wife of Seyi Tinubu, son of Nigeria’s President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has opened up about how she met her husband.
Speaking in a video broadcast released to celebrate Seyi Tinubu’s 40th birthday, Layal revealed that their love story began on social media platform Facebook.
According to the Nigerian-Lebanese entrepreneur, it wasn’t a pickup line that caught her attention, but rather Seyi’s composure and personality.
“We met on Facebook. I wouldn’t really say there was a pickup line per se. But it was more of how he carried himself that drew me to him,” Layal shared.
“He was confident yet easy-going. And he has this opulent charm like he didn’t really need to try.”
Layal Jade Tinubu, a lawyer and businesswoman, tied the knot with Seyi Tinubu in 2016, and the couple is blessed with children.
Their revelation has since warmed hearts online, with many fans and admirers describing their story as “modern-day love with a touch of class.”
