A Nigerian National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member has gone viral online after sharing a glimpse into her comfortable life at her Place of Primary Assignment (PPA) the Nestlé factory in Agbara, Ogun State.
The corps member, known on TikTok as @iteoluwa_d_tired_corper, posted a video showcasing the meals and perks she and other corps members receive daily. The short clip, which has since garnered thousands of views, shows a variety of well-prepared dishes, drinks, and a lively dining atmosphere shared by both staff and corps members.
Amid curiosity from viewers, one commenter asked if her PPA was indeed Nestlé Agbara, to which she confirmed, “Yes, it is.”
She went on to explain that beyond the free daily meals, corps members at the company enjoy several additional benefits — including monthly provisions, transportation by company buses, and a decent monthly allowance.
In her own words:
“Yes, and they pay well. They even give monthly packages (provisions). We have company buses that take us to and from work.”
The video has drawn massive reactions on TikTok and other social media platforms. Many Nigerians praised Nestlé Agbara for treating corps members with dignity and care, while others expressed envy and humorously asked how to “redeploy” there.
Some users commended the company for setting an example of how corporate organizations can create a positive work environment for young graduates undergoing national service.
In her caption, the young lady playfully encouraged others to aim for similar placements, writing:
“If e easy, make your own PPA run am.”
