One Year Later: Mr Ibu's Family Remembers the Beloved Actor

The family of late Nollywood icon, Mr Ibu, has paid a heartfelt tribute to him one year after he was laid to rest. His wife, Stella Maris, alongside their children, took to social media to remember the beloved actor, reflecting on the void his passing has left and the legacy he continues to inspire in the hearts of many. 

In a video shared on her Instagram page, Mr Ibu's wife and kids gathered to remember him one year after his interment. "One year you were laid to rest... we miss you so much... continue to rest in peace Amen," Stella Maris wrote, accompanied by a heartfelt video. 

The post sparked a mix of reactions from fans and followers, with some paying their respects to the legendary actor. "Continue to rest in peace legendary actor Ibu," bensonokonkwo_official_ said, while others criticized the timing and tone of the post. 

Mr Ibu's passing on March 2, 2024, sent shockwaves across the entertainment industry, with colleagues and fans mourning the loss of a comic legend. One year on, his family and fans continue to remember his legacy and the impact he had on the industry.
