IGP Arrives Benue Amid Ongoing Violence: Will It Bring Justice?

The Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, has arrived in Benue State following a deadly attack by suspected herdsmen in Yelewata community, Guma Local Government Area. The attack, which resulted in nearly 250 deaths, has sparked widespread outrage and concern. 

The IGP has ordered the deployment of additional tactical teams to tackle the security crisis in the state. The Nigeria Police Force disclosed this in a statement on its official Facebook page, assuring the public of their commitment to restoring peace and security. 

Hundreds of Benue youths staged a protest in Makurdi on Sunday to draw global attention to the incessant and deadly attacks in the state. The protesters are demanding justice and an end to the violence that has plagued the state for years.

Lagos Woman Missing After Message About Wrong Car

A Nigerian man, Mayor Johnson, has raised an alarm about the disappearance of his sister, Esther, in Lagos State. Mother Disowns 16-Year-Old Daughter Over Leaked Intimate Videos

A mother of four, Mrs. Chinasa, has disowned her 16-year-old daughter, Mmesoma, for leaking her intimate videos with a lover to her husband.
